We ship worldwide

All packages are shipped out from our factory in Croatia.  

We send out all packages by DHL express



Express shipping

- Once the product is made, we will send it by DHL. The product will take about 3-5 working days to arrive . 

Total delivery time can be from 5-8 working days   

  •  Shipping Costs 
We offer free shipping on all orders. For bulk orders, please contact us 

  • Shipping Insurance 
We recommend you insure your package if it gets stolen or broken in transport we will send you new item cost-free.
 
  •  Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of completion of the sign. 

Our Factory operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except

on national holidays at which time the Factory will be closed. In these

instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

 

  • Change Of Delivery Address

We are able to complete change of delivery address requests

any time before the order has been dispatched.

  

  • Military Address Shipping

We are able to ship to military addresses using DHL. We are unable to offer

this service using courier services.

 

  • Out of stock items

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and

send the remaining items once are restocked.

 

  •  Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we

can conduct an investigation.

 

  • Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be

able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made

available by the shipping provider.

  

  • Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid

upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Make Neon Sign

encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with

us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination

country, the goods will be returned to Make Neon Sign at the customers expense,The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

NOTE: Countries outside United States and EUROPEAN UNION 
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price .These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
